If you want ApexSoul by DEVESSA to delete personal data associated with your free check, order, email follow-up, or Meta-related app interaction, send a deletion request to our support email.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@devessa.co with the subject “ApexSoul Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address used on ApexSoul and, if available, your order ID or free check date.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize personal free check records, marketing follow-up records, and non-essential support records associated with your request. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required by law or payment processors.

Processing Time

We normally process valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for confirmation to make sure the request belongs to the correct account or email address.
