ApexSoul by DEVESSA collects the information needed to provide free profile checks, paid reports, payment confirmation, PDF delivery, customer support, and service improvement.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, birth date, birth time when provided, birth province, usage data, payment status, and technical identifiers such as browser, device, IP address, cookies, Pixel/CAPI event identifiers, and campaign parameters.

How We Use Information

We use information to calculate your ApexSoul profile, generate and deliver PDF reports, send transactional emails, provide follow-up related to your request or purchase, improve the customer journey, measure advertising performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ApexSoul does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment information according to its own security and privacy standards.

Advertising and Analytics

We use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics to understand visits, free checks, checkout actions, and purchases. These tools help us measure ads and build website-based audiences such as visitors, leads, checkout visitors, and purchasers.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and automation alerts. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain order and report records as needed for service delivery, accounting, support, security, and legal obligations. Free check information may be retained to let you revisit results and receive relevant follow-up unless deletion is requested.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or email suppression by contacting support. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
